In yet another innovation, Monumental Vending recently became the first vending company in the nation to receive service alerts from all of our vending machines.
All of our snack machines and beverage machines are set up with wireless devices. These devices not only keep track of sales, they also “call us” and let us know if there is a problem or if there is a suspected problem.

If a coin gets jammed, we receive an alert. If a machine hasn’t received bills in some time, we are notified that a possible problem might be occurring with the bill acceptor.
